And now we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team in Iasi Development Center as an IT Recruiter.

Job

We are looking for an IT recruiter who will play a play key role in our growth strategy and to onboard the best of the best IT specialists in Iasi. We offer highly attractive salary packages and recruit seniors only!

You will be working closely with our HR and Recruitment manager, the Branch manager and the development lead matching the right people. You drive every step in the recruitment process, from initial contact until successful onboarding. You build strong relationships in the local IT community and further enhance our network. You support our employer branding which includes also special events.

Tasks

• Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job boards/colleges/social media channels/etc
• Interact within your network (both external and internal) to identify and recruit senior IT specialists.

• Filter and select candidates for interviews.
• Organize and guide candidates throughout recruitment- and onboarding process.
• Initiate and explore new solutions to identify and source candidates.
• Support company branding and be present at events.

What we ask:

• On top of all we need a driven, proactive behavior. You take responsibility and are a self-organised hard worker.
• You are really a “people’s person” with corresponding communicative skills.
• Creating relationships and matching people is your passion.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or similar.
• You have excellent English language skills.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in IT industry with proven network in IT industry.
