.Net technical lead

To follow up with our continuous growth we recently started operations in Iasi-Romania and opened a new office in the heart of the city (Unique Office Building). For our long-term customer active in the health care industry, we are setting up a new team and are searching for a .Net Technical Lead.

We encourage and prefer working hybrid but fully remote can be discussed.

.NET Technical Lead

Required Technical Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in software development using .NET technology stack
• Solid experience designing and developing Web applications using ASP.NET (MVC)/.NET Core
• Experience with one of the major JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, VUE)
• Experience with EntityFramework or any other ORM
• Proven experience applying OOP, design patterns, SOLID, etc.
• Experience designing and querying relational databases (MS SQL, MySQL, etc.), as well as non-relational ones
• Experience with code versioning tools (git) and popular CI/CD tools
• Experience implementing/using RESTful APIs
• Experience with unit and acceptance testing

Other Qualifications:

• Proven experience in leading software development teams
• Hands-on experience in defining technical solutions and architecture, database design and system integration
• Experienced with software development life cycle, design patterns, best practices
• Strong ability to debug, analyze and solve problems
• Self-motivated, detail oriented and a responsible team player
• Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written)

Responsibilities:

• Manage a local development team
• Collaborate with the team members to mitigate any technical impediments
• Facilitate high level planning/estimates on behalf of the development team
• Work closely with product owners, stakeholders and the team to establish technical vision and architectures to support delivery of features and capabilities on the product roadmap
• Research technical issues and provide solutions and recommendations
• Lead technical meetings with new customers
• Conduct interviews and support new staff recruitment process

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Azure DevOps
• Experience with WPF, WCF
• Experience developing cross-platform mobile applications using Xamarin or Cordova
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with ElasticSearch
